We are looking for a Software Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Rehm team in the Guadalajara area, Mexico.

Your key responsibilities
- Providing first and second level support and solving complex software challenges efficiently
- Assuring regular software installation and software updates both at customer sites and remote
- Close collaboration with our CSM department in the headquarter when troubleshooting complex software issues
- Commissioning and maintaining standard Rehm interfaces and customer specific interfaces for communication with MES systems
- Commissioning of machine to machine interfaces (e.g. Hermes)
- Documenting the support request, the activities carried out and solutions in our ticket system
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field
- Good knowledge in network systems, SQL database systems and computer systems
- Basic experience in PLC and electrical engineering
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and hardware systems
- Excellent customer relation and analytical way of thinking
- Ability to work in a team within a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English
